Here is quick meal that we enjoy quite frequently. It is simple and tastes great. Lots of texture, plenty of fresh ingredients, and an excellent source of lean protein.
2 Pounds of ground buffalo
2 Minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup Athenos Reduced Fat Crumbled Sundried Tomato & Basil Feta Cheese
1 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbs. Mrs. Dash Steakgrill Seasoning
1 Tbs. paprika
1 Tbs. Spicy Tobasco Worcestershire
Add a small amount of olive oil in bowl, then the minced garlic. Mix in the buffalo.
Then add feta, parmesan cheese, grill seasoning, paprika & spicy tobasco.
Mix ingrediants together and shape into four large burgers. Broil for 13 minutes on a foiled pan sprayed with Olive Oil Pam for easy cleanup.
Serve over salad greens with avocado or black olives and carb free dressing. We prefer Walden Farms Calorie Free-Carb Free Creamy Bacon Dressing. Finish with a sprinkle of parmesan.

man that sounds seriously good. I LOVE feta cheese and eat it almost daily.
